Please join us for the International Franchise Association's Quarterly Franchise Business Network lunch meeting.
Our Spring speakers will share insights on efforts to educate the public on the impact of recent regulatory actions, including how to navigate the treacherous waters surrounding human resources issues in franchising, in light of recent NLRB and Department of Labor positions regarding joint employer status and franchisor responsibility for franchisee HR functions. We will also hear how and when outsourcing might present an alternative strategy for franchise employers in light of those rulings.
Baker Donelson hosts this quarterly networking event to bring franchisors, franchisees and industry suppliers together for substantive programming and conversation on the latest business and legislative developments in the franchise world.
