Our Securitization Group provides counsel to issuers, servicers, placement agents and conduit sponsors in structuring, negotiating and documenting asset and mortgage-backed securitization transactions, both privately placed and publicly registered, in the domestic and international markets. We bring extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas, assist in structuring transactions, and partner with our clients to help them meet their goals. Our securitization practice complements our general corporate and financial services practices. We regularly provide counsel on general corporate and corporate finance matters, with an emphasis on business combinations, securitization, institutional financings, private placements and public offerings of securities, debtor problems and business dissolutions and liquidations.
