Robert Williams, shareholder in the Memphis office, concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment law.  He has experience advising companies with a nationwide scope on employment matters, including hiring and termination, harassment, personnel and supervisory policies, arbitration, mediation, employee privacy and more.  He also has experience litigating employment discrimination cases in federal and state courts nationwide.  He has successfully handled defense of personal injury, products liability, Federal Employees Liability Act, medical malpractice and other general litigation cases.  For the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Williams served as Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney, and Chief of the Civil Division.
