Robert C. Liddon Jr., shareholder in the Memphis office, concentrates his practice in lending, financing, business contracts, real estate and opinion letters.  His experience includes multi-state lending transactions, credit and financing, bank regulatory, corporate formation, and acquisition and financing of health care facilities.  Mr. Liddon also has extensive experience in banking law, lending law, credit law, commercial real estate, commercial credit, commercial loans, credit card law, interest and usury, letters of credit, loans, secured transactions, uniform commercial code, commercial real estate acquisitions, commercial real estate finance, shopping center law, construction contracts, asset based finance, long term care, commercial leasing, military base closures, commercial mortgages, real estate acquisitions and real estate finance.
