Paul L. Peyronnin, of counsel in the New Orleans office, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and construction law, including landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract and business tort claims, commercial recovery and defense of class action claims.

Mr. Peyronnin has represented the interests of owners, designers and architects, general contractors and materials suppliers.

Mr. Peyronnin also regularly advises clients on lease and construction contract drafting, negotiation and dispute avoidance.  He has a thorough understanding of the multitude of problems which tend to arise in complex construction projects.  He has extensive experience with AIA contracts and has developed an array of addenda to assist clients in achieving the best results possible.  He has extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.  Following law school, Mr. Peyronnin clerked for the Honorable Henry A. Mentz, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
