Nicole Jumper is an associate in the Nashville office of Baker Donelson where she is a member of the Securities/Corporate Governance Group. Ms. Jumper focuses her practice on securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ms. Jumper's experience includes private offerings of debt and equity securities; preparation and review of Securities and Exchange Commission filings; Securities Act compliance, including issues relating to Rule 701 and employee stock option plans; business entity formation and corporate governance matters.
