Nelwyn W. Inman advises clients in bankruptcy and debt restructuring issues across the country. With twenty years of experience in commercial loan work-out and recovery matters, she represents creditors in defaulted bank loans and CMBS transactions. Ms. Inman has worked extensively with special servicers in wide-ranging CMBS matters including foreclosure, receiverships, defense of borrower litigation, guarantor recovery, and pursuit of breach of warranty claims against sellers under mortgage loan purchase agreements. She also defends creditors and other parties in preference suits, lien avoidance actions, and other bankruptcy claims. Ms. Inman's practice includes representation of parties in bankruptcy asset sales, Chapter 11 confirmation disputes, defense of claims objections as well as enforcing the rights of creditors in all aspects of the bankruptcy process.
