Mason W. Wilson Elected President of The Traffic Club of Memphis

(Memphis, TN/December 19, 2011) Mason W. Wilson of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been elected president of The Traffic Club of Memphis.
Mr. Wilson, an attorney in the Firm's Memphis office, is a member of Baker Donelson's Transportation practice group and its 24 Hour Motor Carrier Emergency Response Team, a group of attorneys dedicated to providing rapid post-accident intervention and investigation. Recognized by
Mid-South Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in Transportation, Mr. Wilson is a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Transportation Law Professionals. He has served on the board of directors of the Memphis Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and as the president of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Wilson served as the City Attorney for the City of Clarksville, Tennessee. He is a 2004 cum laude graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Founded in 1913, the Traffic Club of Memphis focuses on the successful growth and evolution of the logistics industry in Memphis and throughout the world. The Club is composed of individuals from all aspects of the movement of goods within the U.S. and globally. The goals of the Club are to promote greater knowledge in the traffic, transportation and logistic field by the exchange of information, experiences and ideas; develop appreciation of the profession; and encourage continuation of the profession by offering college scholarships.
