LeAnn Mynatt represents clients nationwide in environmental, safety and health issues. She has represented a diverse range of industries, including automotive parts manufacturers, landfill owners and operators, agricultural operators, mining companies, oil and gas distributors and explorers, developers, banks, municipalities, construction companies and "big box" retailers. She helps management develop and implement environmental, safety and health programs at the corporate and facility levels, including ISO-approved programs, and represents clients in real estate, compliance and enforcement defense. Ms. Mynatt is also a frequent speaker on environmental, safety and health liability, enforcement, recent rulemaking and responding to investigations.
