(Memphis, TN/October 15, 2009) Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, announces the addition of Kyle M. Wiggins to its Memphis office.

Mr. Wiggins, who joins the Firm as an associate in the Health Services & Products group, concentrates his practice on litigation surrounding medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense and general civil litigation. He also has experience in bankruptcy and insurance law matters, as well as municipal and local government matters. Mr. Wiggins has assisted with or been responsible for more than 185 cases and matters in both state and federal court.

A 2004 cum laude graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Mr. Wiggins will begin serving as president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Memphis Bar Association in November and is a member of the MBA's Leadership Forum Steering Committee as well as the Leo Bearman Sr. American Inn of Court.
