Kyle M. Wiggins has assisted with or been responsible for more than 250 cases and matters in state and federal court. As a member of the Firm's Health Care Advocacy group, Kyle focuses on litigation surrounding medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense and general civil litigation. Mr. Wiggins also has experience in bankruptcy and insurance law matters, as well as municipal and local government matters.
During law school, Kyle served as an Intern (Summer 2003) to the Tennessee Supreme Court and as an Extern (Spring 2004) in the chambers of the Honorable David S. Kennedy, United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee. After graduating from law school, Kyle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan E. Glenn of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals for one year.
