Kyle M. Wiggins Named Outstanding Barrister Member of the Year by Inn of Court Peers

(Memphis, TN/June 3, 2011) Kyle M. Wiggins of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been chosen as the 2010-2011 Outstanding Barrister Member of the Year by his peers in the Leo Bearman Sr. chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Mr. Wiggins, a member of the Firm's Health Care Advocacy group, focuses his practice on litigation surrounding medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense and general civil litigation. He also has experience in bankruptcy and insurance law matters, as well as municipal and local government matters. Mr. Wiggins is an active member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations, where he has held several leadership positions.

Established in 1994, the Leo Bearman Sr. Inn of Court is a member of the American Inns of Court. Membership is by invitation only and is based on a thorough evaluation, nomination and election process. The Outstanding Barrister Member of the Year designation honors a member who exhibits qualities consistent with the Inn's mission of fostering excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility and legal skills.
