John Hinton, shareholder in the Firm's Atlanta office, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and construction litigation. He has significant experience in general business litigation, litigating software licensing and related disputes, insurance coverage litigation and trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes.
Mr. Hinton's construction experience includes representing general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction disputes both in court and in arbitration. He also prepares and negotiates construction contracts and counsels construction clients on a variety of issues.
