Jill Suwanski, an associate in the Firm's Nashville office, is a member of the Corporate Group. Ms. Suwanski focuses her practice in the franchise area, where she has significant experience representing clients in franchise-related asset acquisitions, creation of franchise systems, drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents, state franchise/business opportunity regulatory compliance, and negotiation of franchise and licensing agreements. Ms. Suwanski also practices in the intellectual property area where she focuses on trademark prosecution and licensing. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Suwanski practiced for five years with Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the areas of franchise and bankruptcy.
