Jerry Stauffer is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Firm. He is a shareholder in the Chattanooga office, and has focused his practice in both general corporate law and business litigation throughout his career. Drawing on his experience in these two areas, Mr. Stauffer is outside general counsel for and manages the litigation of a publicly-traded distributor of medical supplies and equipment, and is outside general counsel for a Memphis-based international chemical manufacturer.
