Jay A. Ebelhar, an associate in the Memphis office, concentrates his practice in the area of employment law, with experience in a variety of judicial and/or administrative matters concerning the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and Title VII of the Federal Civil Rights Act. He also has represented employers in matters involving unfair competition and whistle blowing claims. In addition, Mr. Ebelhar has experience with commercial matters involving financial institutions, as well as matters relating to the misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud and breach of contract.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Ebelhar was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
