James L. Jones, shareholder in the Jackson office, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, products liability and health care litigation. He has extensive experience in general health law litigation, including health law antitrust, physician practice management company, managed care physician deselection, medical staff, physician employment contracts, hospital exclusive contracts and medical malpractice litigation. He is also experienced in real estate litigation, commercial contract litigation and toxic torts litigation. Mr. Jones is a former National Trial Counsel for Raymark Industries, Inc., Raybestos Manhatten, Inc., Celotex, Inc., and Carey Canada, Inc.
