President Obama recently made two recess appointments to the Board, bringing it to full five-member strength for the first time in several years, with two Republicans and three Democratically selected members, including Board Chair and frequent critic of the "Bush Board" Wilma Liebman. Join Baker Donelson attorneys Steve Goodwin and Ed Young with special guest Ron Hooks, Memphis Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board, for an in-depth discussion on current labor issues; the Board's political composition, and how the Board's caseload, prospective policy through rule making and newly constituted Board may affect you.
