Frank L. Watson Jr., shareholder in the Memphis office, concentrates his practice in commodities, tax, securities law and commercial litigation. Mr. Watson has served as a director of Sparks Companies, Inc., RBM Acquisition Company, which originally acquired Saks, Inc., and was on the original board of Federal Express.
