Fidelity Southern Corporation (LION) is a bank holding company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

LION conducts operations primarily though Fidelity Bank, a state chartered wholly-owned subsidiary bank. LION's other operations include trust and wealth management services and credit-related insurance products through branches in Georgia and Florida, and an insurance office in Atlanta, Georgia. LION’s operating revenues and net income are derived primarily from management fees and cash dividends received from Fidelity Bank. As of September 30, 2015, Fidelity had total assets of $3.5 billion, total net loans of $3.0 billion and total deposits of $2.9 billion.
