Ms. Mason is a shareholder who represents companies throughout the country in complex employment litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff claims of racial, age, national origin, disability and religious discrimination; harassment and retaliation; wage and hour disputes; testing and public accommodations; and restrictive covenants disputes brought under state and federal law.
