Robert J. DelPriore is the newest addition to Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC. He joins the firm as a shareholder, concentrating his practice in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

DelPriore has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America as a leading lawyer in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

DelPriore’s experience includes representation of early stage, pre-public and public companies on an ongoing basis and in a variety of matters, including formation, financing, corporate governance and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. He is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
