We advise foreign businesses seeking to construct a facility on construction financing and project delivery options and provide assistance in drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts. Where necessary, we assist in incorporating public incentive funding mechanisms into the contracting process and help ensure compliance with all public requirements, including bidding and procurement processes. We similarly assist foreign contractors and designers with the drafting and negotiation of contracts and assist such entities with obtaining licensure in every jurisdiction in which they seek to do business. In addition, we represent project owners, contractors and design professionals, in connection with the mediation, arbitration and litigation of all construction related disputes.
