Tyler Ball is an associate in the Jackson office of Baker Donelson where he concentrates his practice in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, as well as business law.
Mr. Ball advises clients on tax and business matters concerning for-profit entity selection, formation, operation and dissolution, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations; he assists with non-profit entity formation and continuity; he represents clients' interest at the federal, state and local levels through both administrative and judicial proceedings concerning estate, gift, income, employment, use, sales, franchise and property taxes; he also provides clients with competent and efficient solutions for their myriad other business and individual tax needs.
