(Atlanta, GA / July 28, 2015) Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Teresa Bailey to the Firm's Consumer Financial Litigation and Compliance Group.
Ms. Bailey has more than 29 years of experience in real property law and litigation. She guides clients through all aspects of residential and commercial real estate issues, which range from title insurance and contract disputes to contested foreclosure litigation and business litigation. Ms. Bailey also has experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions and has substantial lead counsel experience in bench and jury trials. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in Georgia Super Lawyers in the area of Civil Defensive Litigation since 2014. She is a certified mediator. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Ms. Bailey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia's Real Property Section, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
