Baker Donelson Expands Bankruptcy Practice with Addition of Max A. Moseley

(Birmingham, AL / April 13, 2010) Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, is pleased to announce that Max A. Moseley has joined the Firm's Birmingham office as the newest addition to Baker Donelson's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group. Mr. Moseley was previously with Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP from 2004 until 2010, and the New York City office of Kelly Drye & Warren LLP prior to 2004.
Mr. Moseley joins the Firm as of counsel. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in business reorganization, restructuring, workouts and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience representing high-profile creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases nationally and internationally. Mr. Moseley also represents numerous Official Committees of Unsecured Creditors in complex Chapter 11 Corporate Bankruptcy Proceedings.
A graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Auburn University, Mr. Moseley is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute, serving on the Committee on Business Reorganization and the Committee on Unsecured Trade Creditors. Mr. Moseley is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the State of Alabama, and specifically before the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama.
