Okay, so maybe you didn't get your invitation to the Inaugural Ball.  But, you know as an executive or HR professional that the President's agenda can drive real changes in your day-to-day work life and you're not sure it's cause to celebrate.  As in-house counsel, you need answers when your executives ask you if the administration will make changes that affect employment law issues.  During this briefing, we'll take a quick look back at the last four years – the President's initiatives, the Executive Branch agencies he oversees, and the Supreme Court's rulings.  After getting a sense of where we've been, we'll look ahead at what to expect during the President's second term. This session will help you answer the question: "Is my company prepared?"
