He has particular experience in both the financial services and automotive industry sectors. For his financial institution clients, Steven handles loan workouts, addresses financial and covenant defaults, and assists as lender's counsel on transactions. Steven assists broker-dealer and investment advisor clients with interpleader actions, SEC investigation and enforcement proceedings, and defends broker-dealers and their employees when necessary. For his automotive clients, Steven handles government investigations, breach of warranty and fraud claims, and related litigation.
