A September 2010 decision by the Tennessee Supreme Court puts a heavier burden on employers when it comes to disproving employment discrimination claims prior to trial. It will now be much harder for employers to win employment cases on summary judgment motions in Tennessee, which means most cases will be decided by jury trials. Join us for a frank discussion as we examine the Gossett v. Tractor Supply Company ruling, and investigate how it will affect case outcomes and influence employer decision-making.
