(Knoxville, TN / January 14, 2016) Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Nathan Kibler to the Firm's Knoxville office.
Mr. Kibler joins as an associate in Baker Donelson's Corporate Finance and Securities Group where he represents companies in a range of matters, including debt and equity offerings, corporate governance matters, SEC compliance and reporting, and NYSE and NASDAQ regulatory compliance. He also has experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the health care sector.
Mr. Kibler graduated first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Following law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Robert H. Cleland of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Kibler practiced at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta.
