(New Orleans, LA / June 30, 2015) Leopoldo J. Yanez has joined Baker Donelson as an associate in the Firm's Business Litigation Group.
Mr. Yanez joins the Firm's New Orleans office, where his practice covers a broad range of complex litigation, including securities, shareholder and corporate disputes; breach of contract, fraud and other economic torts; avoidance actions under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code; and advisory work in the context of government, regulatory and internal investigations, with a focus on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance.
He is a graduate of New York University School of Law and received his bachelor of arts from the University of Virginia.
