Kenneth M. Klemm to Address Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute

(New Orleans, LA/July 19, 2011) Kenneth M. Klemm, shareholder in the New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, will be a speaker at the 57th Annual Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute in Sante Fe, New Mexico, on July 22, 2011.

Mr. Klemm will present on the topic "Implied Covenants: Recent Developments in Failure to Develop Cases and Other Implied Obligations Under Mineral Leases."

Mr. Klemm, who is Co-Chair of Baker Donelson's Marine & Energy Industry Service Team, counsels and defends companies in energy, marine, oil and gas litigation. His clients include oil and pollution clean-up companies, natural gas producers, oil field services companies, regional and national transporters of natural gas and insurance companies. Mr. Klemm is a frequent speaker on litigation-related topics involving admiralty and maritime issues, environmental law and oil and gas casualties.
