Ken Weber Comments on Unpaid Internships in the Tennessean

After a wave of lawsuits in the summer of 2013 targeting the use of unpaid interns at for-profit institutions, legal concerns have forced companies to re-evaluate summer internship programs for 2014. This Tennessean article highlights guidance from Ken Weber on evaluating unpaid internship programs. 

"The regulations are not new," Mr. Weber said. "They have been around for years. The majority of the companies are unaware but want to be in compliance with the guidelines."
