Much like the NCAA football and basketball polls, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission also has its top 10. In this program, we will look at the EEOC’s top 10 litigation developments as revealed by its general counsel in a recent presentation. We will explore those areas that will be the focus of the EEOC's investigation and enforcement resources. Come and see if your human resources policies are in compliance or if you run the risk of finding your company on the EEOC's radar. You may be surprised at some of the areas where the EEOC is directing its focus.
