This briefing will provide employers an update on developments under the ACA, including the latest guidance and compliance issues for the employer mandate / shared responsibility rules. We will also review the updated wellness plan regulations and discuss best practices for implementing and administering these programs. Finally, we will review calculating and remitting the taxes and fees imposed on employers and/or their health plans as part of the ACA.
