Fee:
The fee for the seminar is $150 per attendee. If you are a member of one of the co-sponsoring organizations, the fee is $125 per attendee.

Deadline:
All registration forms and fees must be received by Thursday, September 15, 2016. Register early for a guaranteed spot. Refunds will be made for cancellations received one week or more before the seminar.

Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending approval for HRCI credit and has been submitted for 6.0 hours of CLE credit in Tennessee and Virginia.
