Professional Biography


Mariame Dangnokho is an associate who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, statutory leave rights, and employee classification. She advises and reviews employee handbooks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Mariame regularly conducts internal investigations on claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and hostile work environment.

Mariame has represented employers in a wide array of litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and various other state and federal statutes. She has also conducted national labor and unionization debriefs and prepared legal recommendations to clients.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mariame externed under an administrative judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where she gained insight into the investigation and hearings processes in such cases. In addition, she interned for a Fortune 500 company, where she developed an understanding of the needs of clients and in-house counsel from their points of view.
